Nathalie Ngassa is a seasoned residential care consultant with over 16 years of experience in the healthcare and residential services field, including more than 7 years in program management and leadership roles. Her expertise spans group home operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, and participant-centered care.

Nathalie began her career on the front lines as a caregiver, working with leading organizations such as Chimes Inc., where she developed a deep understanding of direct support services and the day-to-day challenges faced by both staff and residents. While working full-time, she pursued her education at Morgan State University, graduating as an honor student with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management — shaping her leadership approach and ability to support individuals with complex behaviors while managing diverse teams.

She later earned her MBA from University of the People, completing the program in just one year — strengthening her ability to approach residential care from a strategic and business-oriented perspective. Nathalie founded Bina LLC to give small and mid-sized residential programs access to the same caliber of hands-on, results-driven consulting that only larger organizations could typically afford.

Bachelor's Degree — Morgan State University

While working full-time, Nathalie graduates as an honor student from Morgan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management — shaping her leadership approach, communication style, and ability to manage diverse teams.

CMT Certification & Program Management

Nathalie earns her Certified Medication Technician (CMT) and First Aid/CPR certifications, transitioning into program management roles where she oversees multiple residential facilities and builds a reputation for turning struggling programs into inspection-ready operations.
